Knowledgeable Sleep Doulas
Dear tired parent,
After years of supporting new families with babies of all ages, I know how painful sleep challenges can be.
You probably thought that once your baby was no longer a newborn, you’d be able to sleep again. But now, months later, sleep is still in short supply.
Naps and bedtime are a battle and your baby is tired and cranky. You and your partner are foggy-headed and running on fumes. Everyone is exhausted and you can’t be the kind of parent you want to be.
Every night you cross your fingers that things will change and this is the night your baby will start to love sleep.
Imagine that world. Your baby falls asleep on her own and sleeps peacefully. She wakes up smiling, excited to play and learn. Naps are long and predictable. Your days flow more easily.
You would get to sleep again too. You could have a quiet evening. Get eight hours of rest overnight. You could wake up each day looking forward to spending time with your happy, well rested baby.
It sounds like magic, but it could be closer than you think. I’d love to help you get there.
Continuous Sleep Training Support
Inspired by the caring attention a doula lends in the newborn days, our sleep training programs envelop parents in support.
Your sleep coach will come stay with you in your home or support you continuously via video call and phone and in just 3-4 days together we will teach your baby to sleep independently, night and day.
In addition to getting your whole family more sleep, you will learn the difference between your baby’s habits and needs and tap more deeply into your inner wisdom and parenting instincts.
We bring all the expertise about infants and sleep. You will bring your knowledge and experience about your baby’s personality. Together, we will co-create a plan that fits your family’s lifestyle.
After 3-4 days of continuous support from your sleep coach, you will have continued attention and care for a full month. After our time together, your child will have healthy sleep habits that will last for a lifetime.
