A postpartum doula is an professional who in helps families adjust to life with a new baby. Our doulas help families with everything from breastfeeding support, to creating routines, to preparing families to go back to work, to making sure there is good food in the freezer. We provide a listening ear and a caring presence. Plus, we do overnight shifts for when mom and dad really need a good night of sleep! It's like giving your loved one extra care from a really great friend who is also an expert on parenting and infant care.
